Relocated to the U.S. at the age of 15.
Happily married to my college sweetheart since 1990.
Proud and Grateful to have been accepted as a U. S. Citizen in 2002.

Previous careers as a teacher and as a computer programmer.
I am not a mega agent or part of a team. I handle the entire transaction
and I am the sole point of contact to you, from the first meeting
through the closing and even after that. I negotiate the contract,
oversee the attorney, handle the inspections and manage repairs and
-if needed- re-inspections. You get 100% of the benefit of my 20 years of experience.
Because I handle everything, I do not -I can not- sell hundreds of
homes per year. To keep sane and have a semblance of a life, I like
to keep it to no more than 6 transactions per month during the peak season.
Outside of real estate, I like to run. I love to go hiking and camping.
I play golf but only if the weather is nice. I like to watch science
fiction in the movies and in television. I tinker with computers, take
them apart and put them back together, just for fun. Sometimes I take on
big Do It Yourself projects, but I rarely seem to have enough time for that anymore.
