So you are looking to buy a home...

If you are an experienced home buyer:

you already know that the most important part of the buying process is to find the right buyer's agent.
You should call me, we'll meet and see if my approach to home buying meets your needs. If it does, and it looks like we'll get along, great! If not, nothing lost and you interview someone else.

If you are a first time home buyer:

you probably think you'll make a killing by representing yourself in the transaction... you are probably wrong... especially if you are a first time home buyer.
Here's how you should go about it: Interview a few agents (at least two) and see whom you feel will better represent you. Then sign them up as your buyer's agent... but make sure you have a "way out" if the agent doesn't do what he/she promissed to do.
